Remembering them alone puts you in a bad mood and causes you to feel really sad and down. You want to escape from them and don’t know how to go about that.

Now here it s funny truth about the sad moods that you are getting – there are just signals from your subconscious asking you to take actions on issues concerning you that needs attention.

The lesser the burden the lesser the signals – this is why we tend to worry less about matters that are not that important to us and worry more about matters that are big issues for us.

But if you have lots of small matters that need attention, their small signals can combine forces overtime and grow to get you really worried and restless.

I don’t think that there is any book or article that can point you to an island where you can run and hide from all your problems.

As long as you have your buddy which is your subconscious with you everywhere you go, your worries will always go with you.

Don’t even think of using alcohol because this will only cause your problems to double in size thereby doubling the intensity of worry and bad signals you get from your subconscious.

What you can do instead is to start attending to them one after the other or together if you can.

If you get the message that I am trying to pass here you will understand that it is not about the problems you have anymore, it is more about what needs to be done so that you can have your peace of mind.

Here is another wonderful thing you need to know, you don’t have to solve all the problems to feel better, the fact that you are taking action will make your subconscious withdraw it bad signals. This is because you are already doing what it wants you to do, take action.

It only gets worse and sinks you into depression when you continue to ignore the signs and avoid them.

I want to believe that you now get the idea and know the best way for you to really get away from the problems that are stealing your joys.
