Getting you an answer to this question can be very confusing because you can indeed be happy in your relationships but you don’t need a relationship to be happy.

Happiness is a state of mind and you are the only one that can stimulate it in you.

When you look at happy couples and partners, you seem to wonder what the secret behind their happiness is. It takes a lot of work to attain happiness in a relationship but before then one has to have the tools to make it work. Without these tools, deriving the joy you desire in relationships might not work out for you.

What we are trying to talk about here is the secrets of a happy relationship, what goes on behind the curtain when partners display their public show of affection.

Even as we talk about couples and partners that display happiness their relationships, know that they too experience their own little conflicts but find safe way to go about it. These conflicts do help them become strong in their relationships and improve their bonds.

Now when we look at finding happiness in your relationships, you don’t actually need a relationship to be happy. But this does not mean that you cannot be happy when you are in a relationship, but you are happier when you get into a relationship a happy person.

Happy marriages and relationships are all about to happy and complete people coming together to make themselves happier.

When you put your hope on someone and rely on this person to find happiness, you see yourself becoming clingy and needy in this relationship and this is not a sign of a healthy relationship.

The clingy and needy nature of people is one main reason why they find themselves in relationships where they are taken advantage of. Ever wonder why people that find themselves in abusive relationships do come out it only to find themselves in relationship with another abusive partner.

Most times they are forced to blame the abuser rather than look into themselves and ask themselves questions why they attract abusive partners.

This is because you can only give what you have in a relationship and what you give is what you get. So if you want love and happiness in a relationship, you must be ready to radiate it in your relationships.

You only be able to do this when you practice self-love. It is through self-love that you are able to build your confidence and appreciation of yourself. When you find fulfillment and happiness in yourself, then you can be able to offer it in your relationship.

Even with a confident self, you rarely attract abusive partners to yourself. You don’t depend on anybody to make you feel happy so you don’t become clingy and needy in your relationships.

So when we talk about finding happiness in your relationships, know that you can be happy in a relationship but remember that happiness is a state of mind and you can stimulate that in you without having someone in your life.
