Help for those in emotionally abusive relationship or marriage

This article is for those that are seeking for help because they are in an emotionally abusive relationship. If you or someone you know fall into this class then I have just a few tips for you.

The answer can be quite hard to find but really simple and also a bit tricky to apply in your life. This does not mean that leaving an abusive partner is difficult because it is very possible.

Now here are simple tips you have to apply to save yourself from an abuser and an abusive relationship:

  1. Get back your confidence

All an abuser wants to do is break you and strip you off what is left of your self-esteem. This is why one major key to getting your life back is getting back your confidence and esteem.

  1. Get back your social life

Abusers break their partners easily by isolating them from friends and family members. But you need your social life back if you are to leave an abuser.

  1. Get back your financial independence

When you take back control of your finance, I don’t think that an abuser will have any means of keeping you hooked to himself and the relationship. If he is not willing to seek for help and treatment, then leaving him should become easy.

Getting a job or business you can manage from home should be able to solve this problem for you so go do something about it.

I know they sound easy and simple but trust me when I say that by the time you start getting back your confidence many doors will be open for you – doors you never thought were there in the first place.

Getting all the help you need when dating or married to an abuser depends a lot on you because you are the one that will take the first step.

When you take the lead in helping yourself, it becomes easy for others and other agencies and friends to help you.

Leave me a comment and let us share in your thoughts and experiences.
