Remember that his ill health is not the source of his problem, but his fears which he allowed take control of his life is.

How to fear and worry less in life and about everything

The only way you can overcome this fear in your life is to take serious action.

Until you use these fears as a tool and work with them, they can do nothing more than ruin your happiness.

Taking action stops feeding the part of the brain that produces horrific images that causes fear and worry.

You don’t even need to solve the whole problem. The fact that you are taking action will help experience peace of mind.

But if all you do is worry and not take action, there is nothing you can do that will stop your fears from hunting you and stealing your joys.

People cannot just tell you to stop worrying because such advice does not work with the mind. Telling you to stop worrying when the problem is still there does not solve the solution.

Peace of mind can only be gotten when you start taking action to deal with the problem itself.
