There is this misconception about the bad moods and the sad emotions we experience. Some of us hate it so much because it makes us feel restless and unhappy.

Because we don’t understand why we have this emotion, it tears some of us down and cause us depression.

But for those of us that understand these emotions and why there are here, we make us of them to our advantage and better our lives in the process.

Yes, these sad emotions you have are there to better your life and put you in the right direction. The moment you do what needs to be done you see these emotions going away and the resultant effect is the better life that we tend to have.

There are many factors that can interact together to cause us these bad emotions that we feel. You might think that you are getting bad emotions for no reason when in fact it might be as a results of events of the past that you might have lost track of.

Unsolved problems that you have been ignoring in the past can mix up with your present day relationships and spoil your mood.

If you want to get over your bad moods, you have to write down all your problems both the one of the past and present.

You need to start dealing with them one after the other. You don’t have to solve them all to start feeling good again, the fact that you are taking action and believing that your act will bring permanent solution will make you feel better.

A man traveled to Europe and could not make any friends because he was shy and compares himself to his friends that have no problem making new friends.

He comes back to his country with sad memories of his trip. Seeing European countries playing soccer matches and taking the lead kills his mood because it reminds him of his trip to Europe.

The news of economic recession in Europe once again reminds him of sad experience in Europe. What do you think is the cause of these emotions?

It is definitely not the match or the recession news in Europe, it is his experiences in of his trip and the only way he can feel better is to develop his ability to make friends and if possible travel back to Europe to rewrite his memories of that place.

I want to believe that this story gives you the idea of how a meaningless event can cause you to have sad emotions which is related to your main problems.
