How to stop focusing on people’s flaws and have better relationship with them

Do you have low tolerance for people’s misbehavior?

Do you find it hard to understand why people misbehave?

Do you stay away from people because they easily annoy you with their character?

Then I can help you understand why you feel this way so you can deal with this feeling.

Now I want you to understand yourself better so that you can easily understand why people behave the way they do.

You will be judging people unfairly and superficially when you don’t have a better understand of the reason why they behave the way they do.

You are not exempted from this issue. Because of your background, origin and past experiences, you have developed for you a unique roadmap in your subconscious.

Your subconscious now gathers these memories and creates the kind of personality and identity you have.

Before you start becoming impatient with people and see only their flaws, you have to know that these people did not share the same experiences and background with you so don’t expect them to see life the way you do.

Just as there is a good reason why you are behaving and thinking this way, so it is with them. There is a valid reason why they became who they are and there is nothing you can do about it than to understand them and try to help them become better any way you can.

We all have our flaws and downsides in character and we can only strengthen our weaknesses. Understanding people and their experiences in life can help you judge them fairly and better.

So when next you see someone that you believe is flawed in character and behavior, understand that this person deserves your understanding and help where it is necessary and available.
