Writing down your problems can indeed help improve your mood an find better solutions

Do you have lots of problems that are bothering you and wearing you out? Well, I might not be able to proffer the solutions to your problems but I can give you an idea that will help you feel better and manage them easily.

You see, sometimes our problems are not as hard and difficult as we think them to be. The fact that our mind has been clouded and messed up with emotions coming from worries, we tend to find it difficult coming up with solutions.

But if there is a ways you can clear your mind and ease the worry you feel, I believe you will feel better and you be able to come up with better solutions.

Now I know that someone will ask “what is this secret?”

Well the answer is as simple as writing down your problems and your thoughts about them.

I know it sounds too easy to make you feel better but if you want to vent the accumulated emotions that you have been storing up in your mind, them writing down your problems and thoughts is the best way to go about it.

Here is another writer’s opinion on this topic:

The accumulation of so many different emotions affects your resultant mood. When you write down your thoughts you actually unload some of the stored suppressed emotions and as a result you will instantly feel better. One of the forms of therapy is called expressive therapy which allows people to vent some of their stored emotions to feel better. Writing down your thoughts is one of the forms of expressive therapy.

These are not my words by that of a renowned Egyptian psychologist Farouk Lawan and I think he is right.

There is no harm in trial. All you have to do is pick up your pen and journal or paper and start writhing.
