Why do abusive husbands love to dominate and control their wives?

Why do abusive husbands love to dominate and control their wives?

There is this trend with abusive men and that is the fact that they love to dominate and control their wives and partners.

The question now remains, why is this so? Why do abusers love controlling and dominating every aspect of their victims’ lives?

Well the answer is simple and straight forward, the control and domination is more about what they have lost in their lives in the past.

Abusers most times have lost control over their lives and the only way for them to feel like they have some control is to control their victims’ lives.

The fear of losing control is the drive behind their actions and is also a sign that these men are emotionally weaker than the people they are trying to control and dominate.

Whether it is physical, emotional and verbal, abusers are sick and in serious need of treatment and the ones that can be saved are those that has come to the fact that they are in serous need of help and take steps to get treatment.

Because life has been treating them badly, abusers begin to seek for the control they’ve lost somewhere else. Dominating his wife helps him feel like he is regaining part of his life that he has lost control of.

There is no advice I have for people that are in this type of relationship than for them to leave because an abuser that is not willing to take serious steps to changing cannot be saved.

Another reason why some men become abusive is because of stored up angers that result from unmet goals and dreams. Rather than direct the anger at their unmet dreams they direct it at their victims.

The only advice I have for women in this situation is for them to leave because they is no way you can manage or cope with this type of relationship.

There are powerful books that women in abusive relationships can read to learn secrets and harm free ways to get out of abusive relationships.

However, if the man is willing to seek for help, then maybe both he and the relationship can be saved.
