Why your mood not getting any better

Why do people apply every technique they know that improves mood and yet they don’t get or feel better?

Why do you do all you can to overcome and handle your sad and bad emotions and yet they don’t work?

You are feeling down and sad all the time and you want to feel better but don’t know how and what to do.

If this is your situation, you are in the right place. Not that i have all the answers but I just want to chip in my 2 cents.

Have you ever noticed a situation where you doing something and that particular act reminded you of a memory that made you feel bad?

This happens a lot in many people’s lives and rather than fix it they seek for other means to deal with their sadness and depression.

Some people resort to drugs, others to alcohol and there are those that go spiritual. Some believe that if they meditate or practice yoga they would feel fine and at the end the day they feel more depressed than before.

It is not that I am against all these practice but when you don’t deal with the sources of your problems I don’t think that using any other escape means will save you.

Even when you use positive affirmations and visualization, as long as your subconscious does not believe your message, the conflict will always bring problems.

If eating a pie makes you remember that you have just added weight or you feel bad because pretty lady walk past you and you feel you can’t get her because you are shy to approach her, the only solution to these situation is working on your weight and learning to improve your social relationships.

Doing anything other than this will not stop you from feeling bad when someone else tells you you are fat or another beautiful lady walks past you.

Just like this examples I have given, compare them to your life and look for the main reason why you are feeling bad and having sad emotions.

Until you do this, you will not feel any better, rather it will get worse and depressing as the day goes by.

Rolling Ball Game is all about balls and jewel duel. Blue ball for blue gem, Red Ball for Red Gem, Purple Ball for Purple Gem, all colors can get the golden coin without ending the game and the coins come with double the point of each gem. Contradictory colors brings the game to an end. Contact with dynamite brings game to an end.
You have to jump the gem with unmatched color if you can’t change the ball color on time. Also use the jump button to get the floating gift for higher score points.
