I know that you might have heard someone ask if you or someone you know woke up on the wrong side of the bed this morning.

This is the popular question for those that woke up sad or in a bad mood. Have you ever wondered why this is so?

Many people wake up in the morning and can’t explain why they are sad.

Even if you are aware of the reasons why or not, sadness in the morning is just a sign that you need to do something.

This sign is sent by your subconscious mind.

If you had work to do that you put it off for next time, waking up in the morning and remembering that the work is still waiting for you can make you sad.

Now think of someone that hates his or her job. Waking up in the morning to realize that you are going back to a job you hate is one hell of a life.

What you need to understand that this worry will not stop or go away unless you do something about it.

Taking action is the only way you can deal with your sad emotions. You just have to do something about it because you can’t continue to live your life like this.

Choosing sleep as means of escaping from your worries is only a short term solution to a long term problem.

You can wake up in the morning to feel worse because the more you run away from your problem, the father you are from the solution.

Maybe you use sleep as an escape route, there are people that use drugs and others alcohol.

None of these options are the best.

How would you feel if you wake up in the morning to discover that you have solved the problem?

Imagine the joy and peace of mind that it would bring you.

So you see that the only solution to avoid waking up sad and in a bad mood is not to carry your jobs, work and assignments over.

Rolling Ball Game is all about balls and jewel duel. Blue ball for blue gem, Red Ball for Red Gem, Purple Ball for Purple Gem, all colors can get the golden coin without ending the game and the coins come with double the point of each gem. Contradictory colors brings the game to an end. Contact with dynamite brings game to an end.
